Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about BetTrack.

The answers below reflect functionality currently available in the app.

What is BetTrack?

BetTrack is a personal bankroll tracking and analysis tool for sports betting. It helps organize betting history; it does not place bets or provide betting advice.

How does screenshot import work?

You add one or more betting-slip screenshots. BetTrack extracts visible information, then presents it for review and correction before saving.

Can I import a ticket that is already settled?

Yes. If a visible ticket displays a completed status, BetTrack can propose it for review with its available details, such as an event result when it is readable. You confirm or correct it before saving.

Which bookmakers are supported?

The currently validated import profiles are Winamax, Betclic, Unibet and Bet365. You can also create bankrolls for other bookmakers, without the same validated-import promise.

Can I correct extracted information?

Yes. Every extracted bet goes through a review step, where you can correct details before saving.

Does BetTrack require bookmaker login details?

No. Import uses screenshots you choose to send. BetTrack does not ask you to connect your bookmaker account.

Which statistics are available?

The app displays bankroll balance, profit, ROI, win rate and breakdowns by period, sport, bet type and bookmaker.

Is BetTrack available on mobile?

Yes. The interface is designed for mobile use, including adding screenshots and reviewing your tracking.

How does the subscription work?

Public pricing is still being validated. When a paid plan is offered, its price, limits and renewal terms are shown before payment.
